IKEA Vending
Machine

On behalf of JEFF Zürich GmbH and in cooperation with JosTTech GmbH, we have developed a vending machine for IKEA. A product could be selected via a touch display, which could then be paid for via NFC/PayPass. The machine could be controlled via a web interface, offered live statistics and the products could be assigned to the output chutes. Automatic e-mail notifications were triggered in the event of output errors or a small contingent. All translations, the software was multilingual, and the product texts and images could also be managed via the backend. In detail, we provided the following services:
